£3million transport windfall (Romford Recorder)

TRANSPORT in Havering is set to receive a shot in the arm after Transport for London (TfL) announced a £3.1million grant for the borough next year. The money is Havering's share of a £168million pot of TfL cash earmarked for travel initiatives across the capital in 2009/10.
