PRESS RELEASE: Fitch Maintains Rating Watch Negative On SNCF (Nasdaq)

Fitch Ratings-Paris/London-28 November 2008: Fitch Ratings has today maintained SNCF's (Societe Nationale des Chemins de Fer Francais) Long-term Issuer Default rating (IDR) of 'AAA' on Rating Watch Negative (RWN). The Short- term IDR has been affirmed at 'F1+'. SNCF's 'AAA' senior unsecured ratings remain on RWN.
