Alrosa Investment Group cleared to buy 45% of KIT Finance (Interfax)

MOSCOW. Nov 28 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has cleared OJSC Alrosa Investment Group to buy 45% of KIT Finance Holding Company, the KIT Finance (RTS: CITB) Investment Bank said.
