Empty rail cars left on tracks sign of times (Daily Record)

DENNIS TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) -- Two miles of rail cars left on the tracks in Cape May County are unemployed, not hazardous. Residents in Dennis and Middle townships became concerned when the tankers were left on the rarely used tracks recently.
