COLUMBUS - The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio on Wednesday approved construction authorization from the Ohio Rail Development Commission directing CSX Transportation, Inc. to install flashing lights and roadway gates at the Hoover-Bault Road (513-806V) grade crossing near Raymond in Union County.
